Besides offering fresh home-baked goods, Kristin Kennedy operates a 30 foot, 1973 Airstream food truck named Humble Pie. Humble Pie can be utilized at your event for cooking on-site, which offers a super fresh-cooked experience. The Airstream has been completely converted into a mini catering kitchen on wheels. It has a four burner cook-top, a fryer and a griddle inside. An outdoor grill can be added to the set-up as well. Humble Pie boasts an 8x20 foot teal awning with a service window and vintage vibe all around. Chickadee Catering loves to have people pop in to check out all of the cool finishes. The Airstream can also be paired with Heather’s old-school horse trailer which has been converted into a mobile bar – a fun addition to any event!
