Besides offering fresh home-baked goods, Kristin operates a 30 foot, 1973 Airstream food truck business named Humble Pie. The Airstream can be utilized at your event for cooking on-site, which offers a super fresh-cooked experience. Humble Pie has been completely converted into a mini catering kitchen on wheels. Inside it has a four burner cook-top, a fryer, double convection oven, and a griddle. An outdoor grill can be added to the set-up as well. The Airstream boasts an 8x20 foot teal awning with a service window and vintage vibe all around. The girls love to have people pop in to check out all of the cool finishes. The Airstream can also be paired with Humble Spirits, an old-school horse trailer which has been converted into a mobile bar – a fun addition to any event!
